Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs
Lead the Division of Academic Affairs in alignment with the President’s direction in collaboration with campus shared governance. Serve as chief academic officer for the institution. Direct reports include deans of four academic colleges, two vice provosts, the library dean, the assistant vice provost for admissions & analytics, the director of academic operations, the executive director of corporate relations, and the director of UCM farms. Eleven direct reports, 650 faculty and staff. Budget responsibility – ~$90 million.

Responsibilities: The direct reports are the Directors of Assessment, Career and Life Design, General Education, Graduate Studies, International Student Services, Learning Commons, Registrar, Sponsored Programs, Success Advising, and Testing Services. Lead university strategic planning, curriculum management, catalog, program review, credit for prior learning (CPL), Academy of Academic Leadership, and student success initiatives. Serve as HLC accreditation liaison officer (ALO). Ten direct reports, 60 indirect reports. Budget responsibility – $9.1 million.
